* **Transparent revenue distribution**\
  When content involves multiple rights-holders (e.g. a producer, co-writer, and artist), smart contracts split payments automatically according to pre-agreed terms.
* **Membership validation**\
  SPOZZ Memberships are issued as NFTs — to verify participation and unlock governance rights within the SPOZZ Social Club.
