SPOZZ.club is designed to benefit its community. If all 10,000 memberships are sold, the SPOZZ.club will receive a share of 10,000 x 0.005% = 50% of the total net profit of the ecosystem. If for example only 8,000 memberships are sold the stake of the club would be 40%.
After creating your membership account you can register your SPOZZie in your account. You are then entitled to claim 5,000 SPOZZ.token through a staking mechanism for each SPOZZie you own and register over a certain period of time. Details about the token description and the claiming follow in a separate document.
SPOZZ.club is managed by the community. It is being founded as a legally registered Swiss social club with participation and voting rights for community members.
The ecosystem includes a multi-chain marketplace that meets different user needs. Favorable transaction costs on POLYGON enable the monetization of all types of digital content.
Thanks to a broad multilingual community, there is a regional focus when it comes to marketing and content acquisition in key markets.
Club members will have early access to new projects in the SPOZZ ecosystem.
Club members will have free of preferred access to selected offerings within the SPOZZ ecosystem that are provided to the members by the SPOZZ artist community.
Club members enjoy a 50% discount on the initial sales/minting fee during 15 months after the SPOZZ multichain marketplace official launch date.
Free NFT trading for members: For the first year of operations, Club members don’t pay a seller service fee for secondary sales/NFT trading. There is no buyer’s fee on the SPOZZ marketplace.
Club members don’t pay a subscription fee for the Artist “Gold” subscription for the 1st year after the service is available.
Club members receive a 50% discount on the fees for the optional user verification.
Club members enjoy a 10% discount on the SPOZZ merchandising store.
Early participation in future releases of the platform and on selected new NFT drops.
Priority admission and discounts to Events, Concerts and Parties promoted by the SPOZZ community.
